NEW YORK – Madonna, the world’s best-selling female artist, announced on September 18 that she will release a new dance music album in 2026. The 67-year-old singer is reuniting with Warner Records, the label behind her iconic 1980s hits like Like A Virgin and Holiday.

Madonna parted ways with Warner in 2007 after signing a lucrative deal with Live Nation. “I am thrilled to be back with Warner Records and excited about the future — creating music that surprises and sparks important conversations,” said the seven-time Grammy winner.

This upcoming album will mark her first studio release in seven years, following 2019’s Madame X. The album will be produced by Stuart Price, the English DJ and songwriter responsible for her 2005 smash Confessions On A Dance Floor.

Warner Records co-chairmen Tom Corson and Aaron Bay-Schuck expressed their enthusiasm, saying, “Madonna is not just an artist — she’s a trailblazer and a cultural phenomenon.”

With over 400 million records sold worldwide and an induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2008, Madonna continues to be a dominant force in music.
